1 Dead In Crash On Woodland Hills Freeway Off-Ramp
The crash took place Saturday on the DeSoto Avenue offramp of the westbound 101, CHP said.
WOODLAND HILLS, CA — A person died Saturday after a pickup truck and another vehicle collided on a freeway off-ramp in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles.
The crash was reported to the California Highway Patrol at 5:05 p.m. Saturday on the DeSoto Avenue off-ramp of the westbound Ventura (101) Freeway.
One of the vehicles rolled over and wound up back on its wheels, blocking the off-ramp, a witness told the CHP.

The collision left one person mortally injured and debris scattered all over the ramp, the CHP stated. It was unclear if the deceased was the driver of the vehicle or a passenger, and unclear if there were any passengers.
The injured person was taken by ambulance to a hospital and pronounced dead. The person's name, age and gender were not released.
