Authorities logged 31 significant crimes within a two-mile radius of Topanga Canyon and Ventura boulevards April 15-21. Check below for a break-down of what happened.

Last week, from Monday, April 15 through Sunday, April 21, there were 31 crimes committed within a two mile radius of Topanga Canyon and Ventura boulevards in Woodland Hills, according to police reports on crimemapping.com.

The number is down from the previous week's 40 crimes in the same two-mile radius. Also notable is the lack of assaults or other violent crimes this week.

  • 16 cases of petty theft (theft—including shoplifting—of a value of less than $950)
  • 6 burglaries (entry of a structure with the intent to commit theft or a felony) and one attempted burglary
  • 6 thefts from a vehicle
  • 2 stolen vehicles
