Authorities logged 46 significant crimes within a two-mile radius of Topanga Canyon and Ventura boulevards April 29 through May 5. Check below for a break-down of what happened.

Last week, from Monday, April 29 through Sunday, May 5, there were 46 crimes committed within a two mile radius of Topanga Canyon and Ventura boulevards in Woodland Hills, according to police reports on crimemapping.com.

The number is up slightly from the previous week's 41 crimes in the same two-mile radius.

The crime statistics from the week break down like this:

  •  8 cases of petty theft (theft—including shoplifting—of a value of less than $950)
  •  2 grand thefts (theft of a value of $950 and more)
  •  11 burglaries (entry of a structure with the intent to commit theft or a felony) and one attempted burglary
  •  2 robberies (taking property of another by emans of force or fear)
  •  20 thefts from a vehicle
  •  2 assaults with a deadly weapon
