Woodland Hills Whole Foods Offers Free Cooking Class

Nutritionist Nilli Grutman will present the class.

With the changing seasons, different ingredients are available to cook with. Whole Foods Market in Woodland Hills offers up some idea for cooking with produce that is available now with a class set for Saturday.

Nutritionist Nilli Grutman will lead the store's Spring Cooking Class and go over some of the nutrients your body could use this season.

Grutman, who received her degree in bio-chemical nutritional science from U.C. Davis, has guest starred on popular radio shows and has served as a nutrition spokesperson for various organizations and companies.

The class will run from 1 to 2 p.m. on the store's patio, located at 21347 Ventura Blvd. Though the class is free, reservations are requested. Save your spot by emailing to sp.wdh.marketing@wholefoods.com.
