January at Juniper Village at Aurora, a premier memory care community, came alive with engaging activities that celebrated the arts, fostered connections, and brought warmth to the winter season. The community kicked off 2025 with events that demonstrated their commitment to whole-person wellness and cultural enrichment.
The month began with the delightful “Sounds of Snow” celebration, where residents gathered for an afternoon of Broadway melodies and winter festivities. In partnership with Elevate Music Therapy, talented musicians transformed the community room into an intimate concert venue. Residents swayed, sang, and danced to familiar tunes while enjoying steaming cups of hot cocoa and specially prepared winter-themed appetizers. The event perfectly aligned with Juniper’s “Welcoming New Beginnings” theme within their Alive in All Seasons program.
