League of Women Voters Jeffco to sponsor candidate forums

The League of Women Voters of Jefferson County (https://lwvjeffco.org) is hosting candidate forums for upcoming elections for the cities of Arvada, Golden, Lakewood, as well as the Jeffco School Board. These forums are designed to give Jeffco residents a chance to see candidates in action and hear their responses to questions relevant to the offices they are seeking.

· Golden Candidate Forum

Golden residents will be voting for City Council Members for their wards. Hosted by the City of Golden and the League of Women Voters of Jefferson County, this candidate forum will be held from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 30, in the City Council Chambers at 911 10th Street, in Golden. The public is invited to attend. A recording of the forum will also be posted to the City of Golden’s website with links on the League of Women Voters of Jefferson County and Vote 411 websites.
