Amber Alert Canceled: 2 Girls Found Safe

DOUGLAS COUNTY, CO — An AMBER Alert has been canceled for two girls who investigators believed were in danger, officials said.

Bethany Sophia Jones were found safe, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office said.

The girls' parents, Trisha and Towon Jones, were taken into custody, the office said.

The parents fled with three daughters, but one was abandoned and found safety, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation said.
