Deer Creek Middle School Teachers Placed On Administrative Leave
Two male teachers are being investigated for separate "inappropriate/unprofessional comments made in front of students," the school said.

LITTLETON, CO – Two teachers from Deer Creek Middle School are still on administrative leave, as Jefferson County School District attorneys are conducting an investigation, the district confirmed.
The Ken Caryl school sent a letter to parents Sept. 13 saying band teacher James Sudano and Brent Resler –who teaches social studies in 7th grade – are facing separate allegations about "inappropriate/unprofessional comments made in front of students."
Deer Creek Principal Rob Hoover cautioned parents not to interpret the investigation as an indication of wrongdoing. "Administrative leave and investigations are part of normal district procedures in these types of situations," he wrote. "During the teachers’ absences, we will ensure your students continue to receive instruction."
