In the first reported incident, on Oct. 28, the victim told police around 4 p.m. she was shopping at the Dollar Tree with her infant in the 2800 block of West Bellevue Avenue. She said a man she didn't know, later identified as Allen, began to follow her around the store. He was carrying a grey blanket with him in the shop, police said in an arrest affidavit.

Allen allegedly followed the woman out to her car and tried to interfere when she attempted to put the baby's carseat into the car. Allen reached for the carseat, and she told him "no," the affidavit said.

She told police Allen then tried to wrap her in the blanket, and allegedly reached down the front of her dress, "grabbing her left breast under her bra with a firm grip."

The woman yelled at Allen, saying she would call police and he reportedly walked away saying, "Have a good day."

Police took Allen into custody around 5:20 p.m. Allen denied groping anyone and said he had been at the Dollar Tree and had "given a few people hugs," the affidavit said.

Richelle Hentemann identified herself as the victim on a public Facebook page, warning others she had been attacked. She said she was "still in shock" after Allen's arrest.

They caught him!!! Ugh... I am so relieved. So, he was following me in the store, then followed me out to the car. He went around the car, to where I was going to put my son in, when he tried to grab the carseat to "help", I told him to not touch it, then he grabbed the blanket that was over his shoulder and held it up like to cover me with it. I back away, confused as to what was happening, and he ended up grabbing me in a bear hug and stuck his hand down my dress and bra, squeezing hard. I pushed him, cussed him out and said I was going to call the police. He chuckled, grabbed his stuff and said, "have a good day", then walked away. I locked myself in my car and called the cops. It's crazy how you actually react in those situations. There's a whole bunch of shoulda woulda coulda's. I'm going to take a self defense classes with my 10 year old daughter. Thank you so much everyone!!! I hope this all makes sense... Still in shock.
