New 'Unwanted Sex Touching' Charges For Littleton Homeless Man

A second incident Oct. 23 of alleged unwanted groping has led to new charges against Deshaun Allen, 32, arrested Sunday in Littleton.

LITTLETON, CO – New charges have been filed in Arapahoe County against an itinerant man in Littleton who allegedly groped a woman who offered him leftover pizza on Oct. 23.

Deshaun Allen, 32, described by police as homeless, is being held in the Arapahoe County jail on $1,500 bond. Allen was accused of "unwanted sexual contact" by a second woman who contacted police after reading online about his arrest for allegedly groping a woman in the parking lot of a Littleton Dollar Tree on Oct. 28.

The woman told police a man she drove to a strip mall around 8:30 p.m. to pick up her daughter from an event at Enchanted Grounds coffee shop in the 3600 block of West Bowles Avenue, according to an arrest affidavit. She said she saw a man who fit Allen's description sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the strip mall between the coffee shop and a neighboring liquor store.

The woman told police her daughter had leftover pizza from the event, and she approached Allen and asked if he would like the pizza, the affidavit said. She gave him the pizza but then Allen allegedly stood up and reached out, groping her breast through her shirt and allegedly saying "It's t--- touch Tuesday!" The woman replied, "No, it's not!" and yelled at Allen, police said.

Police identified Allen through surveillance videos at Columbine Liquors near where Allen was allegedly sleeping, the affidavit said.

The woman called police after she saw social media descriptions of Allen in a similar groping incident on Oct. 28.

Allen was arrested after police said he followed a woman with a baby through the Dollar Tree at in the 2800 block of West Bellevue Avenue and out to her car. Police said in the parking lot, Allen allegedly tried to interfere with the child's safety seat, then allegedly grabbed the mother and stuck his hand down her dress and bra, groping her breast, according to an arrest affidavit. After she yelled at him, he allegedly walked away, saying, "Have a good day."
