The video captured the two individuals approaching her door, using the hammer to damage it before fleeing down Mountain View Drive.

Concerned for her neighbors, Norman shared the footage on Facebook to raise awareness, prompting others to come forward with similar experiences around the same time.

With her front door adorned with Halloween decorations, Norman acknowledged the season but noted that this was not the tricks she anticipated.

She offered advice to those looking to celebrate Halloween, “I would just say to be respectful and be careful. You don’t know whose door you’re banging on or who lives there. If you want to have fun, I get it, but don’t damage property.”

Norman has reported the incident to the police, who are currently investigating.
