Bethel, CT — The Town of Bethel Public Works Department is seeking bids for a municipal Plow Truck, according to a notice on the Town's website.

Bids will be accepted until 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 4, 2016. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, marked "Bid for Plow Truck" and submitted to:

Bethel Public Works Department

1 School Street

Bethel,CT 06801

Specifications and bidding documents are on file and may be obtained from the Department of Public Works, 1 School Street, Bethel, CT 06801. The office is open from 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Prospective bidders shall examine the "Instructions to Bidders" and shall comply and conform strictly to the conditions and instructions contained therein.

The Town of Bethel reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or part or to waive any informality in bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Town of Bethel.

Bids will be read aloud at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 4, 2016. reviewed, and it is expected that a contract will be awarded and work will be commenced shortly following the award, the Town stated on their website.
