ICYMI: Woodbridge Police Charge New Haven Man, 33, with September Bank Robbery

ICYMI (in case you missed it): Woodbridge police make an arrest in connection with the September 2014 robbery of TD Bank on Amity Road.

Woodbridge police on Tuesday arrested a New Haven Man charged with robbing the TD Bank at 128 Amity Rd. last September.

Salvadore Edwards, 33, of Brooklawn Circle in New Haven, entered the bank on Sept. 30, demanded cash and then ran away toward Amity Shopping Center, where he left in a waiting vehicle.

Hamden police recently arrested Edwards for a bank robbery in that town, and he was identified as being responsible for the Woodbridge robbery, as well.

Edwards was charged by Woodbury police with second-degree robbery, fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy. He was held on $125,000 and was arraigned the same day, Tuesday, in state Superior Court in New Haven.
