New Haven Duo Charged for Breach of Peace in Bethany
For incident on Hatfield Hill Road, police say.

Two New Haven men were arrested May 12 for allegedly creating a public disturbance on Hatfield Hill Road in Bethany.
Arthur Dollinger, 81, and Edward Dollinger, 54, were charged with second-degree breach of peace after the alleged incident at 117 Hatfield Hill Road, police said.
Both men were released on $7,500 non-surety bonds and were due in court May 13.
