Scrap on Litchfield Turnpike Nets Two for Breach of Peace

A family dispute in a parking lot on the Litchfield Turnpike earlier this month resulted in the arrests of two people.

Inez Zachery, 42, of Hamden, and Brandi Zachery, 23, of Bridgeport, were both charged with breach of peace for engaging in a verbal dispute that escalated into a physical altercation, police said.

Upon arrival, police said they discovered the two quarreling. They were then separated and taken into custody, police said.

Each posted $100 bond and was due in court April 8.
