Brookfield Democrats Seek Candidates For 2025 Local Elections

Brookfield Democratic Town Committee seeks residents to run for key local boards in 2025 municipal elections.

BROOKFIELD, CT — The Brookfield Democratic Town Committee announced it is seeking candidates for several municipal offices ahead of the town’s 2025 elections.

Local residents interested in public service are encouraged to run for positions on the Board of Education, Board of Finance, Board of Assessment Appeals, Planning and Zoning Commission, and Zoning Board of Appeals.

Party officials described the effort as an opportunity for civic-minded individuals to get involved in shaping Brookfield’s policies and priorities.

“Serving in local government is a meaningful way to advocate for the community, influence policy decisions, and ensure Brookfield continues to thrive,” the committee said in a statement.

The committee said it is especially interested in candidates passionate about education, financial stewardship, and town development.
