Donald H. Mann, Jr., 53, of Brookfield died at Danbury Hospital on Sunday, July 21. He was born February 15, 1960 in Danbury, son of Donald H. and Geraldine (Sayles) Mann, Sr.
Donald graduated from Brookfield High School in 1978. He worked as an accountant for Hickey Lubas for 27 years. Donald stopped working five years ago to help take care of his mother, whom he loved with all of his heart.
He loved the Yankees and enjoyed gardening. Donald enjoyed going to the casinos here in Connecticut and in Las Vegas and he loved watching the dog races in Bridgeport.
In addition to his parents, Donald, Sr. and Geraldine, Donald will be missed by his brothers, Stephen and Dennis Mann and Edward Mann and his wife Ivonne; his sister, Christine Rogerson and her husband Jim; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Donald was predeceased by his brother James Mann.
Funeral Information
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 26 at St. Joseph Church, 159 Whisconier Road, Brookfield. Burial will follow in Central Cemetery.
