Brookfield Native Graduates With Highest Honors From Coast Guard Academy

BROOKFIELD, CT — A Brookfield native graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy with highest honors last week, reports the News Times. Brianna Grisell, a star on the school's soccer team and a government student, was a graduate of Brookfield High School in 2013.

She will head to Boston after graduation to serve as a deck watch officer on Coast Guard cutter Escanaba.
