Lunch and Learn and Banned Books Crafts Wednesday

Here's a look at what's going on in Brookfield today.

- The Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Lunch and Learn event Wednesday from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Rocco’s Restaurant. The Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Recovery Workshop, “10 Steps to Preparedness,” is designed to help small business owners prepare for disasters.

- The Brookfield Library Teen Program is celebrating the right to read Wednesday evening by making crafts in honor of classic books that have been banned or challenged. The program starts at 5:30 p.m.

- The WPCA has a meeting in Town Hall room 133 at 7 p.m.

- The Parks and Recreation Commission is meeting in room 209 at 7:30 p.m.
