Brookfield Voter Registration Sessions, Deadlines for November Elections

Registrars schedule two special sessions before November elections.

Brookfield’s Registrars of Voters, Dotti Dori (Democrat) and Thomas Dunkerton (Republican) are holding two Special Voter Registration Sessions for the upcoming Municipal election on Nov. 5.

The first session is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Registrar of Voters Office in Town Hall.

A second session is set for one week before the election, Tuesday, Oct. 29, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The registrars will be on hand during both sessions to answer questions, register voters and hear requests for adding names to the registry list by persons who have been removed.

In-person registration is also available in the Town Clerk’s Office in Town Hall weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. and most Thursday evenings until 6 p.m.

To be eligible to vote in the Nov. 5, 2013 Municipal Election, mail-in registration forms of new voters must be postmarked by Thursday, Oct. 22, 2013.

Mail-in forms are available online and should be sent to: Registrar of Voters, PO Box 5106, Brookfield, CT 06804.
