Artsplace Summer Classes Help Creativity Bloom

Registration is now open for the 2011 summer session art classes at Artsplace, the town's art school for adults and children.

Summer classes begin on June 27 and include a week-long "Animal Art Camp" for children; a four-class session on "Colored Glass and Tile Mosaics," for teens and adults; a one-day workshop called "Felting Mania," and a two-day workshop for students to learn about "Viking Knit Jewelry."

One-day art workshops for children from kindergarten to sixth grade include cartooning, collage, wood burning and mixed media.
