Get The Magic Ticket for Willy Wonka!

Willy Wonka marks Cheshire Youth Theatre’s 15th summer performance, and what better way to celebrate than offering Roald Dahl’s beloved tale?

To make sure you get a ticket (if not THE golden ticket), head to the Cheshire Parks & Recreation Department at 550 South Main St., from 8:30am-4:00pm on weekdays or stop at Artsplace, 1220 Waterbury Rd. during their business hours.

The story of Willy Wonka centers on  young Charlie Bucket and four other quirky, spunky children as they discover golden tickets in their Wonka candy bars. The group get to tour Willy Wonka’s mysterious chocolate factory where they meet some rather unusual characters. The show features such memorable songs as “Pure Imagination” and “The Candyman.”
