The Cheshire Rotary Club, in partnership with the Cheshire Public Schools, is proud to announce the June 2011 recipients of the Cheshire Rotary Unsung Student Award. This is the fourth year that the Club has honored student citizens.
Criteria for the award is based on the Rotary Four-Way Test and awarded to students for their strong display of character in their classrooms, their positive attitude, and their sense of fairness to others.
Winners are selected by the teachers and administration of their school. The recipients and their parents are invited to a Rotary dinner to receive the Unsung Student Certificate and a $100 gift card to a book store to encourage reading.
