First Anniversary for School Art Displays at Town Hall
Artwork created by the town's elementary school students is displayed in the lobby of Town Hall each month. The program is now a year old.
Artwork done by the town's elementary school students receives a wider audience through a display in the Town Hall lobby. The most recent show is by Doolittle Elementary School students.
The school art display program is now a year old thanks to the help of Town Hall staff volunteers and Michael Earley, chairman of the Cheshire High School Art Department.
In an previous interview with Cheshire Patch, Earley, said there had been few opportunities for the public to see students' artwork except at the Townwide Art Show which only lasts one day.
