Harmful Trades that Impact Animals: Art for Awareness

Continuing the Youth Environmental Club series, this session encourages youth to engage in conversations and hands-on activities about global and local environmental issues. Through creative experiments and teamwork, participants learn to think critically and take action toward positive change.

Under the leadership of Liam Barreto, a passionate 5th grader at AIS who envisions himself as a future scientist, participants will uncover how harmful trades affect animals worldwide. Kids will then create posters to raise awareness, using art as a tool for advocacy and compassion.

Registration recommended but not required. For ages 7-10
