Chipotle Mexican Grill To Open New Location In Danbury

DANBURY, CT — Come Monday, you can score yourself a burrito bowl without leaving your car in Danbury.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is opening a new location at 1 Sugar Hollow Road on Dec. 23.

The fast-casual restaurant will feature the brand’s signature Chipotlane, a drive thru pick-up lane that allows motorists to grab their digital orders without leaving their cars.

Typically, Chipotle Mexican Grills employ about 30 workers per location, and some jobs are still open at the new Danbury site, according to the company's hiring website.

Just in time for its Sugar Hollow Road debut, Chipotle will be bringing back it "Mexican-inspired" Smoked Brisket after a three-year hiatus.

The new location will be the fourth Chipotle in Hat City. It joins sister franchises at 91 Newtown Road, 115 Mill Plain Road and at the Danbury Fair Mall.
