Danbury Diner Brawl Leads to Three Arrests: Police

One woman was hospitalized due to the fight.

DANBURY, CT — Three women were arrested after a fracas at Elmer's Diner Friday night, according to Danbury Police. The fight broke out between Kennly Caceres, 24, and Carla and Michelle Morla, 27 after the two sisters allegedly overheard Caceres talking about one of their boyfriends.

Danbury Police Spokesman Det. Lt. Christian Carroccio told Patch the two sisters left the diner then returned to confront Caceres about her comments. Caceres and Michelle Morla exchanged words and began fighting. When Carla Morla tried to intervene, Caceres began fighting her as well.

Originally reported by the News-Times, Caceres was treated at Danbury Hospital for her injuries.

All three women were charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree. All three were released on a $1,000 bond.
