Danbury Office Building Sold In Multi-Million Dollar Deal: Report

The building was built in 1987.

DANBURY, CT — A city office building recently sold for $31 million, reports the News Times. Lee Farm, which overlooks the Danbury Airport, was sold for $31.75 million by CT Property Realty.

Summit Development of Fairfield and the Grossman Cos. of Quincy, MA, sold the property. It spans 215,000 square feet, and its tenants include Wells Fargo, Navigator Management, IMS Health, Levono and Sigmund Software.

The property was built in 1987.
