Danbury Police: Possession of 17 Bags of Marijuana
Danbury Police charged a Danbury man with a number of violations Sunday at 11:43 a.m.

Danbury Police stopped a car Sunday at 11:43 a.m. because it had no front plate, and upon walking to the car, they smelled marijuana. A search by canine Zeke discovered 17 bags of marijuana and packing materials. The driver, Terrell Parraway, 23, of Irving Place, Danbury, was charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without insurance, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Parraway was held on a $25,000 bond for a appearance scheduled in Danbury Superior Court Monday.
In an unrelated case, Danbury Police charged William Watson, 34, of Orchard Street, Danbury, at 5:20 p.m. Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell and driving without a license. Police held Watson on a $25,000 bond.
