Danbury Police charged Paul Decarvalho, 26, Grandview Drive, Danbury, with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct at 10:42 p.m. Thursday. Decarvalho was held on a $10,000 bond for an arraignment scheduled for Danbury Superior Court Friday.
