Danbury Police: Violation of a Protective Order, Burglary
Danbury Police charged a Brookfield man with violating a protective order three times and first-degree burglary once.

Danbury Police charged Jesse Castillo, 31, Candlewood Lake Road, Brookfield, with three counts of criminal violation of a protective order and one count of first-degree burglary. Castillo was held on a $50,000 bond for an appearance scheduled for Danbury Superior Court Monday.
In an unrelated case, Richard Allen, 19, Pearl Street, Danbury, was charged at about 7:45 a.m. Sunday with breach of the peace and interfering with a police officer. Allen was released on a $5,000 bond.
In an unrelated case, Frederick Mouning, 35, Crofut Street, Danbury, was charged at 11:45 p.m. Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was held on a $10,000 bond for an appearance in Danbury Superior Court Monday. Mouning was also charged at that time with following too closely and evading responsibility. Morning was held on a $5,000 bond for an appearance March 15 in Danbury Superior Court to respond to those motor vehicle charges.
