Danbury Property Sold: $1,750,000 for 46, 48, 50 and 52 White St.

Here is a collection of the houses and property sold in Danbury in the last week.

According to records filed in the Danbury Town Clerk's office, Alexdra Nicole Realty LLC sold a red-brick commercial building at 46-48-50 and 52 White St., to 4491 Realty Corp., for $1,750,000 on Sept. 12. This transfer was recorded in volume 2,250 on pages 1,025, 1,026 and 1,027.

Elvin Paulino has operated Downtown Barber Shop at 50 White St. with his partner Kenti Perez for the last five years. He said he hopes the new owners are more responsive about problems with the building. Paulino pointed to water damage in the ceiling above the shop's front window.

"I called and called and nothing," Paulino said. "Nothing ever happened. Nothing."

In other property transfers in the last week, Eugenio Cruz sold 55 Jefferson Ave. to Peter Macary and Jennifer Sullivan on Sept. 12 for $273,000. Volume 2,250, page 1,069.

Katherine Ricci sold 14 Boxwood Lane to Ze Wen Chen and Yuxia Li on Sept. 12 for $195,000. Volume 2,250, page 1,093.

Jeffrey Purser and Melissa Wheeler sold 36 and 38 Moody Lane on Sept. 12 for $18,000. Volume 2,250, page 1,023.

Union Savings Bank sold 9 Starr Ave. to Sandeep Joy and Asha Joy on Sept. 12 for $225,000. Volume 2,250, page 1,005.

Fannie Mae Federal National Mortgage Association sold 2 Anchor St. on Sept. 12 to Joshua Stanley for $185,000. Volume 2,250, pages 954-956,
