Families Invited To CityCenter Danbury’s 33rd Annual Halloween On The Green

CityCenter Danbury and Kiwanis Club host 33rd Halloween on the Green with costumes, music, and family fun.

DANBURY, CT — CityCenter Danbury will host its 33rd Annual Halloween on the Green on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 1 to 4 p.m., offering families an afternoon of free, festive fun in the heart of downtown.

The annual event, presented in partnership with the Kiwanis Club of Greater Danbury, will transform CityCenter Green on Ives Street into a family-friendly Halloween celebration featuring trick-or-treating, music, a children’s costume parade, and activities for all ages.

The first 800 children in costume will receive free goodie bags sponsored by AFC Urgent Care. Young participants can also compete in the Children’s Costume Parade, where prizes will be awarded for the most original, scariest, and cutest costumes.

According to CityCenter Danbury’s website, this year’s event will include live entertainment, photo opportunities, local vendors, and a lineup of community partners offering treats and giveaways. Food and refreshments will also be available for purchase.

The event is free and open to the public. In case of rain, activities will move indoors to the Patriot Parking Garage on level 4, located next to the Green at 21 Delay St. Parking is available at the same location.
