Jersey Mike's Opens Danbury Location

The Newtown Road site will be the first of two Jersey Mike's locations in Danbury, according to the franchise owner.

DANBURY, CT — Jersey Mike's Subs will open its first Danbury restaurant at 72 Newtown Road on Wednesday.

Franchise owner Mitch Thomson will hold a grand opening and fundraiser from Wednesday, March 23 to Sunday, March 27 to support the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games. Customers with a special fundraising coupon can make a minimum $3 contribution to 2022 Special Olympics USA Games in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.

The submarine sandwich chain is headquartered in Manasquan, New Jersey.

“My team and I are thrilled to be opening our first of two locations in Danbury,” said Thomson. “The month of March is so special for our company and we are thrilled to support the Special Olympics competing this summer. We are excited to invite everyone in to be a part of something bigger, the sub above experience and we look forward to continuing Jersey Mike’s community focused business practices.”

Patron can place takeout orders in-store or for pickup through the website or through the Jersey Mike’s app. Additionally, delivery is available in most areas through the Jersey Mike’s app or through third-party delivery partners. Curbside pickup is available for orders placed in Jersey Mike’s app.
