DANBURY, CT — Two out-of-towners were arrested early Tuesday morning on drug charges after police found a large amount of hallucinogenic drugs in their car. Stephen Sebjan, 41, and Felicia M. Veness, 28, both of North Grosvenordale, CT, were found with the drugs after police stopped their black sedan on Lake Avenue.

At 12:52 a.m., police say they stopped the car with an expired temporary registration tag and without a proper marking light. When officers got to the car, they smelt marijuana and searched the vehicle. Police found 17 ecstasy pills, 21 pills of xanax and 10 strips of LSD.

Sebjan was charged with a variety of drug and traffic charges including possession with intent to sell. He was released after posting $5,000 bond and is due in Danbury Superior Court on July 27.
