Vandy Ngov, 72, of Danbury, died peacefully on Tuesday, September 6th. She was born in Cambodia.
DANBURY, CT — Vandy Ngov, 72, of Danbury, died peacefully at Danbury Hospital on Tuesday, September 6th. She was born in Cambodia on February 18, 1944, daughter of the late Song and Chamleam (Ingchalan) Ngov. Vandy was a devoted mother who enjoyed caring for her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered for her delicious cooking, and gentle loving nature.
She will be sadly missed by eight children; Song K. Ngov and his wife, Sunlee; Sampho Ngov, Samlan Ngov, Samphong Ngov, John Ngov, Sangchan Leelasatitkul, Sangdeun Ngov, Sengdao Bergmann and her husband Raymond. She is also survived by 17 grand children and 2 great grand sons.
The family received friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Friday, September 9th between the hours of 4:00 - 6:00pm. Family members were invited to attend the cremation services at 10:00am at Charter Oak Crematory in Southbury.
