Why are you seeking this office?
Proper zoning is crucial to help steer the city in the correct direction while it evolves. Prior to my current job, I spent over 10 years working in the construction industry with multiple developers, gaining knowledge in how zoning decisions are made and learning the ramifications of making them incorrectly.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
From a Zoning Standpoint: Balancing the additions of affordable housing without stressing the cities infrastructure and overloading an already full school system.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I’m a Six Sigma Black Belt which is a process improvement and efficiency certification, however it is heavily reliant on quantifiable analysis, this will help me make informed and statistically backed decisions. I am also one of the few candidates that have been involved in construction projects and can fluently read blue prints.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
As a Zoning Official, I’m focusing fully on zoning with a mantra of staying balanced and objective in decisions.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I’ve been involved and worked on multiple constructions projects in my lifetime, building commercial and industrial buildings throughout Danbury. Since leaving the construction industry, I have been globally recognized for performance at my current employer and work in a role where balanced decision making is crucial.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
“Anticipate” - Ted Moody

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I’m open to conversations with our citizens and their concerns. I have a Facebook page dedicated to my campaign, which I will leave up if I win so our residents can provide feedback on zoning issues.
