This former Kia, Jeep and horse trailer dealership is empty with a wide open parking lot and empty car showroom. What should it be?

Let's call this a social media twist on urban planning — Patch's version of a charette, a digital drawing board where all ideas are on the table.
In this series we've presented a vacant building or space and asked you to tell us its best use. Forget what zone it's in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?
What would you like to see at Action Motors, 78 Newtown Road, which is across the street from Walmart, Zemel's TV & Appliances and Home Goods? Tell us in the comments. (The Danbury Assessor's Office lists the address as 78 Newtown Road. The company used 74 Newtown Road and a post office box.)

In previous Visions for Vacancy articles, we asked about Borders, Bennigans, and vacant land at Kennedy Avenue and Rose Street. If you have another idea of a spot to ask about, let me know in the comments.
