Join me in 2026 for a unique evening sound experience featuring a variety of instruments and a relaxing guided meditation. We will set intentions for the New Year and solidify them with healing sounds and meditation. We will do some oracle readings as well to give you additional guidance heading into 2026.
No prior experience necessary with sound healing- come as you are with curiosity and prepare to relax!
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and/or blankets to lay on, and water. An eye mask is also highly recommended for the experience to enable you to go deeper (and block out the light in the room). I have a few extra mats, eye masks, and blankets if needed.
Come to the Sacred Cocoon space (white door entrance to the left). There is parking in the front of the studio or around the back.
