An East Hampton resident won $100,000 on a CASH 5 ticket that was sold at Super Stop & Shop at 11 East High St., according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
