2 Injured, Boat Set Ablaze In Fireworks Explosion In East Hampton: Report
A fireworks incident on a boat Saturday night left two people with burn injuries, according to a report.
EAST HAMPTON, CT — Two people were injured in an illegal fireworks explosion that led to a boat catching fire in East Hampton, according to WTNH News-8.
The incident occurred just before 10 p.m. on a pontoon boat on Lake Pocotopaug.
The two people suffered minor burns after setting off the illegal fireworks and declined medical treatment.
