East Hampton Blotter: Arrests for April 17-24
The following information was provided by the East Hampton Police Department. Inclusion on this list does not indicate a conviction.

April 17
- Laurel Kozak, 66, of 85 No. Main St., and Shelby Rose, 20, of 67 Flanders Rd., both of East Hampton, were involved in a two-car accident at the intersection of Route 66 and North Main Street. Kozak was issued a written warning for failure to drive on the right.
- Taran Gruber, 41, of 6 Fox Road, Plainville, was involved in motorcycle accident at the intersection of Haddam Neck Road and Route 151. Gruber was issued a written warning for traveling too fast for conditions.
- Hieu Mai, 38, of 149 Bear Swamp Road, East Hampton was involved in a one-car accident on Flanders Road. Mai was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.
April 19
- Tammy L. Balch, 37, of 13 Oak Knoll, East Hampton was issued a ticket for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and violating emissions.
- Szczepan Kulinski, 58, of 23 Cornwall Terrace, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for driving too fast for conditions.
April 21
- Ralph Stone, Jr., 56, of 15 Barbara Ave., East Hampton was charged with disorderly conduct.
April 22
- Lisa A. Burger, 46, of 118 Main Street, East Hampton was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.Jeffrey D. Baker, 50, of 110 Collie Brook Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.
April 24
- Britany Blau, 27, of 7 Hills Ave., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.Limaris Plata, 31, of 142 Stoneycrest Drive, Middletown, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
