March 10
- Sarah M. Dotson, 20, of 129 Tartia Rd., East Hampton and David Gray-Cleary, 54, of 54 Mallard Cove, East Hampton were issued tickets for creating a public disturbance.
March 11

- Ralph Stone, 56, of 15 Barbara Ave., East Hampton was issued a summons for second-degree harassment.
- Raymond Benjamin, 49, of 74 South Main St., Marlborough, was issued as summons for disorderly conduct.
- Catherine Johnson, 35, of 30 Spice Hill Drive, East Hampton, and Mona Bloch, 40, of 31 Cone Road, East Hampton were involved in a two-car accident on West High Street at its intersection with Cone Road. Johnson was issued a written warning for following too close.
March 15
- Teresa Spooner, 55, of 5 Seminole Trail, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

- Shelby Rose, 20, of 69 Flanders Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.
March 18
- Patrick A. Lachappelle, 25, of 48 Railroad Ave., Chester, was arrested for second-degree threatening and breach of peace stemming from a January 26th, 2013 incident.
March 19
- Jennifer Beyer, 41, of 9 Ola Ave., East Hampton, and Russell Page, 32, of 480 Essex Road, Westbrook, were involved in a two-car accident on North Main Street. Beyer was issued a written warning for passing on the right. Page was issued a ticket for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
March 21
- Kimberly Provera, 27, of 85 North Main St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a traffic signal.
