East Hampton Developer Proposes Multifamily Housing Project
An East Hampton developer has proposed a multifamily residential project in Middletown.
EAST HAMPTON, CT — An East Hampton developer has plans for a multifamily residential project in Middletown, The Hartford Business Journal reported. David Coleman, of Hillside Investments LLC, has proposed the project for 173-179 Butternut St.
Previously, an application for four townhome-style buildings was filed in 2019. The new application has a smaller footprint of 14 units in two buildings.
A building and garage at 179 Butternut will be demolished to make way for the project.
