East Hampton Police Arrests: Dec. 7 - Dec. 18, 2015
An arrest or infraction does not indicate a conviction. All those listed in the reports are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Dec. 7:
- After a brief investigation into a one car motor vehicle accident on Lake Drive, Andrew J. Monteith Jr., 21, of 88 Smith Farm Rd., Amston, was issued a ticket for Traveling Too Fast for Conditions.
- Nicole Gagnon, 32, of 12 Cone Rd., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Failure to Comply with Emissions.
Dec. 9:
- Richard Swartz, 28, of 77 West St., Chester, was issued a summons for Breach of Peace and Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree. Swartz is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Dec. 22.

- Robin L. Glennon, 49, of 85 No. Main St., East Hampton, was issued a summons for Shoplifting; Larceny in the 6th Degree. Glennon is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Dec. 22.
Dec. 13:
- Alan James Kromish Jr., 49, of 115 Falls Rd., Moodus, was arrested for Violating a Restraining Order and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Dec. 14.
- After a brief investigation into a minor two-car motor vehicle accident that occurred on Middletown Avenue, John Whalen, 49, of 117 Waterhole Rd., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for Improper Passing.
- Robert John Filippone, Jr., 69, of 54 Waterview Circle, East Hampton, was arrested for Violating a Protective Order. Filippone was released after signing a $20,000 non-surety bond wherein he agreed to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Dec. 15.

- Jaipaul Sukhai, 38, of 459 Glastonbury Tpke., Portland, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Dec. 30.
