• Kevin Garvey, 26, of 354 Chestnut Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for a tire restriction.

• Derik Ernest Waterman, of Higganum, was charged with fourth-degree larceny stemming from a November, 2012 incident.

Feb. 12

• Ralph Stone, Jr., 56, of 15 Barbara Ave., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for creating a public disturbance.

Feb. 13

• Mike Krywinski, 42, of 59 Barton Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.
