Jan. 1
- Angel L. Varricchio, 34, of 3 Edgerton St., East Hampton was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unsafe backing and operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.

- Deborah Stewart, 50, of 340 Shailor Hill Rd., Colchester was involved in a one car accident. Stewart was issued a written warning for failure to drive in the proper lane.
Jan 7
- Peter Torres, 47, 10 Scott Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
- Peggy Moyles, 47, of 143 East High St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
- William J. Choma, 58, of 20 Namonee Trail, East Hampton, was arrested for failing to respond to an infraction.
- Morgan Villano, 37, of 17 Kirby Rd., Cromwell, was issued a written warning for failing to obey a traffic signal.

- David Fisher, IV, 24, of 28 Deer Run, Marlborough, was issued a written warning for failure to have a tail lamp illuminated.
- Dillon Clapp, 20, of 18 Overlook Road, Terryville, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
- Justin Rose, 21, of 57 Paley Farms Rd., Portland was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
Jan. 9
- Debra Grace Brooke, 38, of 4B Bellevue St., East Hampton, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court stemming from two separate incidents.
- Ginger Tullai, 49, of 196 West High St., Salem and Zachary Zimmitti, 20, of 110 Davidson Rd., East Hampton were involved in a two car accident at the intersection of Route 16 and Smith Street. Tullai was issued a written warning for failure to grant the right of way at a stop sign.
- Patrick Salvatore Aiello, 24, of 3 Sears Place, East Hampton was charged with failure to respond.
Jan 10
- Jasmine Nicole Menard, 23, of 48 Middletown Ave., East Hampton was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct stemming from a May 8th, 2012 incident.
