The East Hampton Police Department released its March 17 to March 27 police blotter.

3/17/16:

Russell Collin, 56, of 124 Mott Hill Rd., East Hampton was arrested for Driving Under the Influence. Collin was released upon signing a $500.00 non-surety bond wherein he agreed to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charge.

3/17/16:

Jason Anglis, 22, of 17 Summit St., East Hampton was arrested for Failure to Drive Right and Driving Under the Influence. Anglis was released upon signing a $500.00 non-surety bond wherein he agreed to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 to answer to the aforementioned charges.

3/24/16:

Scott Jackson, 24, of 242 East High St., East Hampton was issued a summons for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a License, Failure to Drive Right and Failure to Give Proper Signal. Jackson is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, April 6th, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charges.

3/25/16:

Dennis M. Moroni, Jr., 42, of 89 Markham St., Middletown was issued a ticket for Failure to Renew Registration and Failure to Comply with Required Emissions Testing.

3/25/16:

Elizabeth Warzecha, 24, of 35 Rosewood Ln, Berlin was issued a summons for Assault in the 3rd Degree, Disorderly Conduct and Interfering/Resisting. Warzecha was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charges.

3/27/16:

William Andre Colton, 33, of 43 Roosevelt Ave., Norwich, CT was taken into custody pursuant to an active warrant for his arrest stemming from a December 7, 2015 incident. Colton was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Home Invasion, Conspiracy to Commit Burglary in the 1st Degree, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny in the 6th Degree. Colton was unable to post the $100,000.00 Surety Bond and remained in police custody until his arraignment on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charges.

3/27/16:

Angelo S. Capparella, 33, of 130 Lewis Ave., Meriden was arrested for Violation of a Protective Order and Threatening in the 2nd Degree. Capparella was unable to post his $50,000.00 Surety Bond and was held in police custody until his arraignment on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 9:00 a.m..

3/27/16:

James J.Marino, 49, of 41 Smith St., East Hampton was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct and Assault in the 3rd Degree. Marino was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charges.
