The East Hampton Police Department released its March 7 through March 17 police blotter.

3/7/16:

After a brief investigation into a one car motor vehicle accident in the area of 37 Middletown Avenue, Eva J. Ngongolo, 29, of 29 Middletown Ave., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to Drive Right and Failure to Renew Registration.

3/7/16:

Sarah Hewitt, 30, of 164 College St., Middletown was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

3/11/16:

Robert M. Lynch, 56, of 12 Fuller Rd., Marlborough was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

3/11/16:

Drew Mckosky, 18, of 87 Depot Hill Rd., Portland was issued a ticket for Speeding.

3/11/16:

Alan J. Kromish, 49, of 41 East High St., was taken into custody pursuant to an outstanding warrant for his arrest and was charged with Violation of a Protective Order and Criminal Trespass in the 1st Degree. Kromish was released after posting a $25,000.00 surety bond and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charges.

3/11/16:

Heather Gaudette, 26, of 52 Jerry Daniels Rd., Marlborough was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Failure to Drive Right and Failure to Carry Insurance. Guadette was released after signing a $500.00 non-surety bond wherein she agreed to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charges.

3/16/16:

Renee Canterbury, 28, of 5 Bellevue St., East Hampton was arrested pursuant to an active warrant for her arrest and charged with Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree. Canterbury was presented for her arraignment on the same day at the Middletown Superior Court.

3/16/16:

After a brief investigation into a two car motor vehicle collision on Rte 66 in the area of Citizenss Bank, Ryan Dipace, 25, of 4 Minnetonka Tr., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Following Too Close.

3/17/16:

Barry Marchinkoski, 49, of no certain address, Middletown was served an active arrest warrant. Marchinkoski was charged with Larceny in the 6th Degree and Criminal Trespass in the 1st Degree and was presented for his arraignment on the same day at the Middletown Superior Court.
