EAST HAMPTON, CT - An East Hampton resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 18, Richard Biondi Jr., of East Hampton, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from the Belltown Smoke Shop in East Hampton and won $10,000.
